Lizete Upite's new film, Lilas de Riga, enters production, coproduced by the latvian production company Atom Art, and supported by the CNC, CICLIC and the Procirep. The production will take place in the CICLIC's animation residency until october, the end of production taking place in Paris an Riga. The film should be finished at the begining of 2019.
