Kaminhu, the first professionnal short film of Marie Vieillevie, will start its hopefully long and rich career with a selection in competition in the Annecy Festival ! Coproduced by les Astronautes, supported by the CNC, the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region, Pictanovo and the Hauts de France region, the Procirep and the Angoa, purchased by France 3, it has been made during 4 years between Capo Verde, Portugal, Paris, Valence and Hellemmes, in the Astronautes and Train-Train studios. The music was written and sung by the genius capverdian artist Tcheka, who also recorded one of the main voices and has worked with Marie on the dialogs, in the Santiago Island dialect. Congratulations to all the team !
The new productions by Papy3D start receiving their first selections in festivals! Little Smasher by Gilles Cuvelier thus enter the Courtmétrange competition in Rennes, in company with Gaïa Grandin Mendzylewski's Hi! How are you?, which will be also screnned in the Côté Court festival in Pantin!
What resonates in silence, Marine Blin's first professional short film, is selected in no less than three major animation festivals in this begining of 2021 : Annecy and Liberec Anifilm in competition, as well as in showcase in Animafest Zagreb!
